new registration code after formatting my notebook

hi, at first i get one code which i used both (pc+notebook). yesterday i needed to format my notebook and so one hm-installation was deleted.

now i wrote an email to sales@holdemmanager.net in order to get another code, but they answered me "Hi, go ahead and try again." ???

not really funny, how do i get my code?

There obviously was a misunderstanding, email back and explain youve used both your codes and after reformatting you need a new code.
