HEM Error Won't Start

I have been using HEM for quite some time now, and I love the program. I just recently had problems with my video card and had to do a system restore to go back about 3 weeks. Ever since my restore, HEM will not start. It says "HEM has encountered an error and needs to close." I uninstalled HEM and reinstalled it. Still won't start?
