Sng hud config newbie

Just got Holdem Manager and but aint got a clue..lol :-)
I mainly play 6max $13 SNGs and havent got a clue what configurations to use, does any1 have any suggestions or could post the config that they use pls.
Also if any1 dont mind explaining what im looking for, stats that show strength and so on.
