ipoker problem after 1.11.07

First of all, thank you for fast answering and support, you are great.

Now, mine problem is little different.

I've downloaded your fix and instaled it with no problem, my Hem starts and autoimport works, but hud is frozen.

First 5-6 minutes there is no hud at all, then it shows up with like 4 hands or something random and just stays like that.

I've tried to make new database( since You suggested it), but one step is problem for me. I've created new database, export hands from old database to one folder and now i don't know how to import hands from that folder to new database?

I don't think it would help,because it seems that autoimport is half-working, but I'll try anyway. Also on table with 6ppl my table manager shows that i am on 10men table.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?



For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.


Click on import--> import from folder-->
select the folder where you saved the exported hands.


Don't add that folder as an auto import folder, and don't place the exported handhistories into an auto import folder. If you have delete those folder as auto import folders, or manually MOVE the handhistories out of them.


6max/10max: right click on the table in TableManager and manually select the number of seats

Thank you for answering.
I am using avast!antivirus, my firewall is turned off. I've set all to admin mode but still have the same problem with HUD. It shows after few minutes with 4 hands and just stays like that. I'll just wait until u give us new patch.

Try hud options--> site options--> ipoker
turn off live tracking
turn on the attempt to detect tables settings.

Patched again, recreated new database, turned on and off all what you said but still have problems.
Here are pictures of my hud and table manager( it still shows 10ppl but I've manually set to 6max) afer few minutes. On one table it shows 1 hand, all hands for me, and one good stats for one guy. On other table is no hud.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.
