Hi I'm having trouble getting my stats to show up on my poker tables for Absolute Poker. The hands are importing, but the stats do not appear.
1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
The latest version 1.07
2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
I only play on Absolute Poker.
2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
Yes, I always click the 'Start Auto Import Button' when I'm going to import hands.
3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
I have followed all the procedures for Absolute Poker.
4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
I can see that the hand history files are showing up in the correct folder. The location is:
C:\Program Files\Absolute Poker\HandHistory\SKITZZ88
5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
Yes, all the hands are being imported.
5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
Yes, I have created a new database and they import there as well.
6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
I have used the table finder and it did work. The only problem with the table finder is that it does not stay open and it is very tedious to try and do it this way. I would like the stats to automatically show up and start when I click the 'Start Auto Import Button'.
7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
Yes, they are in English.
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
I am not using Windows Vista.
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
Yes it is attached.
