Hey guys,

nearly 10% of my Ongame SNGs are marked as incomplete. That is really annoying...could you please tell me, how I can fix it?

My Statisticfile is written on a RAMDisk.

Regards,

BlackPersian

What version of HM were you using when you imported all those files

I use the newest Beta and its autoimporting while I am playing.

Two of my friends have the same problems.

Mine is Beta 22. Donīt know of the others.

Running Vista Ultimate 32 bit. Need some more informations? Right now I reinstalled my computer and a new HEM installation . My old db is gone, as my computer was broken. I will try HEM tonight with a new database but I donīt think, that something changed. Its all the same like before. :)

Thanks. I updated right now and will test it. But it seems not to be a known problem?

OK, it took a bit longer.

I have this version: http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=6139

Fresh installation, fresh Windows, but still incomplete SNGs:

Tourneys: 18
Completed: 13
Not finished: 5

Please fix this please.

You told me, that Beta 30 is the newest. Where can I find it? The higher beta in the Releaseboard is for OMaha ord did I missunderstood something?

Please email these hand histories to morny@holdemmanager.net and also link to this thread

Ok, thank you. Which Hand Histories do you mean in detail? Export my complete db from HEM? Just the incomplete export from HEM? The Ongame DB (of course I donīt have it...RAMDISK deletes with every reboot).

There not deleted, there archive to whatever folder youve setup for ongame in your import folder settings. Send me a couple of the databases, if your missing 10% then 1 or 2 databases should be fine to see the missing hands
