when I try to buy the program, I get this email:

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but your recent payment to Hold’em Manager with Credit Card was unsuccessful. A declined payment can occur for a number of reasons.
Please contact your payment service provider for more details.
Once this issue has been resolved we encourage you to attempt your purchase again. You can also try a different method of payment; we accept MoneyBookers, PayPal and Credit card"

And after this:

"Thank you for submitting your order! Unfortunately, your payment has triggered one of our suspicious transaction filters and is currently pending approval from our sales team.

If you feel you are receiving the message in error, please feel free to contact them directly at sales@holdemmanager.net

We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience our added security may have caused.

Our credit card processor puts temporary holds on some transactions while we verify the payment details.
