Bug at the launch of HEM

Hi , i've got a big problem with hem , i try to start it on morning, and the mouse can't move, the computere has been crashed, it happened when i saw the screen "unregistred software" . So i reinstall hem , not postgreSQL, and when i have filled serial , name , organization, and click register, my computer crashes again like this morning. Help me please.

I've got windows vista , it's not the same problem, my computer is just bugging, my mouse is lock, all pc is crashed when i lauch hold em manager, it s crashing when the screen HOLD EM MANAGER "unregestred software" is loading.
Help me Mod plz.

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Update Vista to Service Pack 2



For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

So, i've tried to install a new version of postgresSQL on my computer, and after reinstall hem , there is again a problem. They ask me to activate hem online now, so i click on the button, i can choose multiple machine profile, and after hem says it's ok succeed, at this moment, if i click on OK all my computer is crash, the mouse is lock , and don't answer. If i click on the red button to close the window'smanager , they say that's i 've already used this licence...
Sooo , i think there's a big problem, and i'm a big poker player, i can't play without your tracker, be very fast please , i've not spend 50$ for nothing !

Reset your license first.


we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Poker Software - Tracking and Analysis Poker Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

I've reset my licence in my actual account j2r2m@hotmail.fr, but it doesn't work. Hem is still bugging when i click on ok when the operation is succeed. Can we speak on msn, skype, teamviewer ? There is french helper ?

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)


Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file



And email us your reg.log file with the exact error you then get during activation.

I've tried everything, but HM freezed completely when i click on succeed, when activation is finished.

The form was closed before the operation was completed.
This machine has not been activated.

Stopped looking for additional licenses.
