Can't insert license code

I just bought the pro versions of HEM and OM but I can't insert my license code. I was using a trial license code and that expired and now whenever I load the software it just has a button for me to activate online, no register button. I press it and obviously it tries to activate the trial code, not my full code. I have tried reinstalling the software and deleting the files it said to in the FAQ but nothing has helped.
