Ipoker - not importing Euro currency tables

USD tables are importing fine and I think GBP are also fine. Happy to provide further information. Also, not importing on pokerstars deep tables. Please let me know if additional information is required.

I have tried this numerous times and it still doesn't work. Can you provide more details? I basically installed as instructed and started a brand new database. The euro tables are still not tracked by HEM (not sure about pstars deep as I haven't tried). FWIW, I"m using postgreSQL 9.0.

Are you using HM 1.11.07a? http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

This should work without any problems.

Please check your windows regional settings (under control panel). Are you using a non standard setting for the date / currency formats?
If you change it to english (usa) and try to import the hands - does it work?

If you cant figure it out Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Hi,

My settings are standard.
Email has been sent. Upon reinstalling and another test, 10/20 cent euro tables are working fine but 1/2 euro tables are not. I usually play higher so I never tested this fwiw.
