I completed the points requirement for Unibet get it free 19 days ago and pressed the button in my get it free account to say that I had done so but I still haven't heard anything. I've sent emails but they haven't been replied to yet, does anyone know how long it usually takes as I don't really like playing without a HUD?

I did, but they didn't reply. I emailed them on Saturday and again on tuesday.
