Ever since I started using HM I get no import every second session or so. I have started vacuming and analyzing after every session, but I still need to create new statistics files all the time. This can surely not be right?

Also now I am unable to start HM. I receive a message saying "connection establishment timeout"

http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174 Please answer these question, ongame should automatically create the statistics file but if its not it seems the problem is on Ongames end

Question:

1) I had an old version and donwloaded the latest one. Nothing changed.
2) Ongame
2a) Yes
3) It worked fine in the beginning, but as I can't start HM now I can't be sure of the settings.
4,4a,5,5a) Don't know as I'm unable to start HM.
6) Haven't tried
7) I can't seem to be able to open the statistics files stored by Ongame, but Pokertracker 3 imported fine last time.
8) UAC is disabled

Please setup Ongame as per the FAQ http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=148 and try again, also please note the exact version of HM your using

As I have told you; I can't even open HM. Pretty hard to configure it then. I'm using 1.08 beta30

Missed the timeout error, this is almost always either a firewall/antivirus causing the problem, try adding all the hm .exe's to the exceptions list and if that dosent work completely uninstall them and reboot and try again, also update to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe

I tried adding the exe.files and download the update. It worked fine the first couple of times after that, but I have the same problem again now. Am I suppused to uninstall my antivirus program or HM?

If the problem keeps coming back id consider changing your firewall/antivirus its often triggered again after a vista or firewall/antivirus update so if this is the case there is some good free alternatives out there

AVG and Avast are good free antiviruses that seem to rarely cause problems with HM
Zonealarm also seems to work well with HM

Ones that dont that i can think of off hand are norton & comodo, they seem to cause the most problems
