Hi,

When I try to start HEM, I get the following error message:

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application ... Invalid access to memory location.

I have installed the latest version, and everything was working perfectly well before today.

Thanks.

I should have said that the error message occurs, not when I open the software, but when I click on Import, or Session, or whatever.

The exact same thing is happening to me right now, also have never had it happen before. I uninstalled and reinstalled HEM, same thing.

Would appreciate some help as well.

Thanks.

guys, read the thread titled:

HRESULT:0x800703E6

you have to uninstall windows updates from today.

Windows released a security update a couple of hours ago which caused Holdem Manager to stop working and were already looking into the issue and we will release an update as soon as possible to fix the issue.

In the meantime if you follow the instructions on this thread from this thread it should solve the problem temporarily: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/96111-windows-7-holdemmanager-stopped-working.html

Once we release 1.11.07 on the forums and website with the fix you will be able to reinstall the security updates again
