hem not importing all hands/wrong time

as you can see on picture, hem doesnt import all hands. i cleared all filters, manually updated hh, created new db, tried hem beta version and nothing helped. also, notice the time in hem and in system tray.

please help, thanks.

options--> settings---> adjust site import times

After you've adjusted the times, you'll have to reimport the hands into a new database.
