I regularly import hands in bulk into Holdem Manager. Since the latest update of HM2 I seem to be getting a lot more import errors with such hands even though HM1 is processing them okay.

I have attached a sample of xml files. These contain a total of 10000 hands and were selected at random from a larger set of hands I received from PTR yesterday.

HM1 imported 9989 hands with 11 import errors. HM2 imported 1541 hands with 8459 errors. I did both of these imports into newly created and empty databases in both HM1 and HM2.

I would be grateful if you could look into this. Many thanks.

Checking now. Windows updated several times on me, causing HM1 not to work and having to uninstall them. Set me back a little bit.

I got a ton of errors on the sample and passed it along to the programmer for it.

Is there any solution on this problem?

No this has not been resolved so far. I only see the issue with hands I get from a daily subscription with PTR. These are ipoker NL50 6-max hands. HM1 reads these with a very low error rate (yesterday was 32 errors from 33141 hands) but HM2 reports a extremely high error rate (27059 errors).
I do not see get the same problem with hands (same site/stakes) from PokerHandScout - HM1 and HM2 seem to process these identically except that HM1 reports a large number of incomplete hands whilst HM2 counts the same hands as import errors.

We are looking into hands from sites. Unfortunately from what I've seen, the sites that sell hands alter the hh's slightly in format, and this causes errors in reading. It is being worked on.

Thanks for the update. Do let me know if you need any more hand examples etc.
