I play 180man sng's on Stars and noticed that my winnings are way off. So today decided to note what i had in the cashier and played 28 games. All 180man sng's on Stars, the 15,- the 8,- freeze outs and 3.50 (rebuy).

After session HEM shows me being up about $53,- but the cashier showed i was actually down $12,-

I have HEM 1.11.07-4 internal, win7 x64, avg antivirus and postgresql 9.
My tourney summarries are saved by the client in a folder and this folder is in the autoimport list.

Ill attach this session's HHs and Summaries just in case.

Is it possible you only attached handhistory files... without the summary files?

Are you saving and importing the summary files??

Read the tournament summary section @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup

PokerStars will write how much you won to the handhistory file if you make the final table.

If you make it into the money... but don't make it to the final table, HoldemManager needs the summary file to detect how much you won.

No, after reading your reply i checked by downloading the attached zip, the summaries are in it along with the hand histories.

Yes i am saving the summaries and autoimporting them. My current holdem manager setup was configured via skype session by a member of your support staff.

But my winnings are way off, u can check this thru checking the attached hand histories+summaries. According HEM i should be up over the session, while in fact i lost money according to pokerstars cashier.

All the files in your .zip file contain handhistories.
There are no summary files.

Ah sorry.... for some reason I only kept opening the HH files and didn't see the TS files.

After I imported the hands, it imported 237 files.
750 hands.

In tourney--> results--> dataview--> it shows the results of 19 MTTs.
All completed. (notice also only 19 TS files are in the folder)

Winnings are: $171.30

ALL winnings only come from two games.
One where you finished 16th place and mincashed for $15.82
And a 3th place cashing $294.95

The rebuy info isn't written to the summary file by PokerStars, so that will
contribute to some of the difference.

Find me a handhistory + summary file of another game where you cashed which doesn't show up in the results.

Or find me the summary files for 10x $15 games where you didn't cash that aren't listed.

These are the games of which a summary exists:
(resulting in this dataview after importing all the files from your attachment)

There you have it, 0 rebuys? I always rebuy and addon, always. Doesnt HEM track your rebuys and addons?

At the moment HoldemManager can't track this for PokerStars.

The reason is PokerStars doesn't write the info to the summary file (unlike Full Tilt which does).... PokerStars do write it to the handhistory file but in awkward formatting. (for example when you instantly rebuy before the first hand is dealt HoldemManager can't pick this up)

We're still working on adding support for this.
