Hi
I have problems getting the HUD to work on Ongame. The hands are importing fine via autoimport but the HUD and Table manager remains blank. Ive tried to Table map and the tables I play then successfully populate the Table manager window but no stats still appear on the tables. Answers to your questions:

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1,07

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Betsafe (Ongame), have not tried any other site.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes, appart from the this:

"Vista users should also do the following:
Make sure that both holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are running as administrator if you’re using Vista. To do this close down Holdem Manager and the HUD and right click each .exe file and go to properties and look on the second tab to run as administrator. You’ll find the 2 .exe files at the following path: C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager"

I run Vista but I cannot tic the box like asked to because the box is greyed and cannot be ticked.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

Yes. R: (RamDisk)

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

Yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

Have not tried.

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

Partially, the HUD still wont appear but at least the table names appear in the table manager window.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

Yes

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Yes

Ty Morny, that solved it.

Next problem I have is the HUD blocking the face up cards of a player during a showdown / allin etc.. So I therefore try to right-click and drag to relocate the stats but Ongame have its own function (pop-up menu) when right-clicking on a table so it seems to override the HUD drag & drop. Any solutions to that?

^^

this

--------------

When you try to move the stats with right-clicks, instead of moving the stats you only get that ongame popup menu showing.

I found a trick how you can still align the stats but its not very user friendly:

You activate "Force on Top" in the Table prefences for the hud and then when the hud is showing you get another window upfront over the poker client, you will then still see the stats but not the table and you are able to move the stats around for a moment before the table pops back up.

Would be cool if there was some kind of fix available to its not very convinient to align your stats like that.

ADD/EDIT: The workaround to get tables recognized by the table manager also needs to be done for the ongame skin "Whitebet"
