License issue...

Hey,

Sorry for my english, i hope you could understand my problem ^^.

Friday I formated my computer. On the evening, I played poker and I had no problem with HM.
Saturday morning, when I open HM, a window say me I have issues with my license.

Then another window give me some tips :

I try to reset my license, but it doesn't work.
(When I reset my license, the serial number didn't change... it's normal ?)


Then I try to reinstal HM, and it's the same problem.

Also, I try the tips under "Holdem Manager just won't register..."
But it doesn't work.

I sens a mail to the support too.

It's normal your serial will stay the same... even if you reset it.



First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Problems Registering Holdem Manager:

Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)



Also please try this:

1. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
2. Open HM and register
3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

I delete this file,
then I open HM and I can't register...

Also, I send my Reg file to the support.

Click on in the message and in the window. You should be able to enter your key again in the next steps.

In the next step, my key was written...
But The support answer me to reinstal FrameWork, and it's good now
