View Full Version : Holdem Manager stopped auto importing

Holdem manager has stopped auto importing. I have
closed and re-oppened, checked to make certain I
have the correct data base.

The Hud displays are not appearing and Table Finder
does not work either. get this message:

"I cannot find any unattached hands. Please wait until
Manager has imported some." But HEM never imports any.
I am manually importing hands. Cannot re-start, am in tourney right now.

Now why would HEM stop working all of a sudden. Was
working fine all morning! (with 1 exception) Does not record
data correctly for MTT greater than 10 players.

Why is HUD or whoever not auto importing?

HEM is not showing correct data in tournaments played.
I must edit position finished and tourney size.

HEM is still not importing hand history files for cash games
or tournaments.

I have: restarted computer.
open and closed HEM
Table finder does not work, continue to get same error
message mentioned in above message.
Poker site is Full Tilt
for some reason this same problem does not occur on poker stars
HEM 1.08 beta 27

The only thing I have not done is re-download HEM. I'm
afraid doing so may destroy my data to date.

Can anyone solve this problem?

i will create a 3rd data base and see if that solves the problem.

I use Poker stars on a different data base than Full Tilt.

1 data base = poker stars; 2nd data base = full tilt.

new data bese (3rd) will be test for any malfunction on full tilt with HEM

new data base, named Full Tilt Only, is having same problem
as old one, same error message, same trouble.

I did everthing on that FAQ link you provided,

Now what, the darn thing doesn't work on Full Tilt.

I really don't know what to do anymore to correct my problem.

I tried using the laptop...remember the clean install.

I receive the same errors on laptop. I am very stuck

and HEM is not working on either computer. Is anyone able

to help.

HUD is not working at all. I can't even set up screen names.
Table Finder doesn't work...error message needs files, and no
HH are being imported; however I can do that manually and
the files are in English.

Please help,

Morny here are the answers to all those questions in FAQ #174

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?
small stakes 108 beta 28b
2) What Poker Site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?
Full Tilt, and problem occurred on Poker Stars
2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?
3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?
yes, I printed instructions
4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?
yes I can see the files, here is the file location from properties:
C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory
5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?
yes, it's finally working again. I deleted everything except protegres. Reinstalled Holdem Manager 1.07, then the update, 108. beta 28b.
that seemed to help Holdem Manager magically fix itself.
5a) Do they import if you create a new database?
in middle of tourney, did not test that.
6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?
table finder is working wierd. some of the data is incorrect:
# players at table and pot size is not accurate.
Otherwise, table finder is working.
7) If you open the HH are they written in English?
yes, files are in English
8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?
win XP is operating system
9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?
I don't think you need it now because HM is finally working again,
all by it's self....it fixed itself or the reinstall did the trick.
The uninstall/reinstall is not in this FAQ's instructions but I saw
it in a different forum post with similar problem so I thought I'd try.
I did not loose any data with the re-install.
10) for the time being, this issue is resolved.
