Ongame problem

I have a problem with ongame and holdem manager. For some reason ongame disconnects sometimes and after few seconds the game goes on. Only problem is that hands running at the moment of disconnect aren't found in my holdem manager database.

I can find hand history afterwards from ongame's minibrowser. I tried to insert that data to a textfile and import that. It didn't work. So do you have any solution for this problem? The difference between my winnings and the holdem manager data is many buy-ins after one week since I found out this problem.

Disconnect problems---> will result in hands that are never written to the handhistory file.

HoldemManager has no fix for this.
If you would have played the hands on FullTilt/PokerStars/PartyPoker--> request your (missing) handhistories from their support.

Prevent your disconnect issues, by looking into your internet connection, add Ongame to the firewall exceptions , and uninstall third party firewalls.

Yes I know it's not written to that file. But can I create a text file someway and import that?

Sure... if you create a text file, and write the handhistories (in the Ongame formatting)... or if there are incomplete handhistories and you edit those to make them complete-----> you can run a import from file on them and they'll import the missing hands.

Does Ongame email you handhistories if you request them?

I'm not sure about does they send hand histories but I'm pretty sure they would do so. I tried to create a hand history using data I get clicking a hand history button on software but it doesn't work. How do I need to edit those to get them work?

Which formatting does Ongame use when you click the hand history button in the software? If it's completely different, HoldemManager doesn't import those.
You'll need to convert the handhistories into the default formatting. (the formatting they save the handhistories in on your computer)
