I have the latest version and the replayer does not show the above when the correct boxes are ticked.

Try restarting HM, works fine for me

I have the same problem and restarting doesn't seem to fix it... :( Another idea how to solve the problem?

Download this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03h.exe and make sure you have the table manager running
