Table Scanner not working Poker Stars

I have done all this:

1)Make sure the textsize in the PokerStars client is set to medium.
See "View->Textsize" in PokerStars.
2) Make sure you use the default classic or black PokerStars lobby theme.
3) Make sure the PokerStars lobby is sorted by tablename or stake.


then I select: Fixed limit, no limit, pot limit, and 2 stake sizes.
Format = default. Game = Holdem,

I check Poker Stars and hit scan....table scanner runs about
10-20 minutes but nothing happens, no data is returned.

What am I doing wrong or is Table Scanner not working?

Table tracker on Poker Stars now working.

I didn't realize I needed the following software
in order to Table Tracker to work:

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

took a while to figure that out,,, but all works fine...really like it.
