Installed HEM on wrong HD

I just bought a new computer, and installed HEM on the C drive. What steps do I need to take to install it on a different drive? I assume I can just uninstall it, and reinstall, and it will let me chose the drive I want to install it on. I can copy and paste the folders that have been changed, and export hands. Will it let me install on a different drive? Will I need to deactivate my current code and get a new one?

Copy the Config folder.
Uninstall HM and reinstall it on the new drive.
Overwrite the config folder in the new path.
