looking at other posts I found Morys answer,

Microsoft Net Framework 3.5 is the correct dowload,
and I was at the Microsoft site to dowload it.

I get just after "yes I agree with service agreement"
and then I get this message:

"Setup Error" and can go no farther.

what can I do. Is Microsoft Net Framework already
on a new laptop that was just clean installed with Vista OS?

I'm stuck. cannot begin dowloading HEM or protsge w/o Netframework.

thanks for uyour help....Lyn

Have you tried to install HM?

Yes, Holdem Manager is installed. So is net framework.

I discovered the reason I was getting the error is because
net framework was already installed on my computer.

had a clean install done yesterday and they did all the updates.
forgot to look at control panel to see which programs they
automatically installed.

oops

yes, everything is working fine now.

only problem still is with the HUD display not
aligning with the corresponding player.

I have check all the settings and it's
set-up the way it should be.

thanks for your reply

Just right click + drag your HUD panels. And for mucked cards: http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=8
