When I launch the HuD it launches for a minute or so then I get a pop up that says A required resource was unavailable. Table Manager then stops responding

Can you switch in the logging on the hud options->table prefs menu? I'd like to get a copy of the log.txt from the logs folder in the main holdem manager folder.

Also please post a screen shot of the message. Ctrl+print screen, open mspaint and paste.

I experimented a bit and it seems Full Tilt Table Opener is causing the error with the HuD. When it goes to open tables the error pops up and Table Manager stops responding. The version of HeM I had before worked with the table opener just fine.

I will get the info you requested when I get back to my house

I am also having this same issue, and I am also using Full tilt table opener. Didn't have this problem until I upgraded to the latest version 1.06.01.

Did we make any progress on a solution? Do you need any more info? If so let me know and I can provide it.

Thanks.

I'm having this problem also. Once the error pops up, the HUD stops updating and has to be killed via the task manager. A screenshot of the error popup is below. I will PM you (Mike) with the log.

I have FT table opener and have been mining 6-max tables with %plyrs to flop > 35. For a couple of hours. I haven't seen the problem yet.:(

If you don't already, it should help if you check "Close empty tables and tables not in current FT lobby", "Close tables in FT lobby but not part of any active group above", "Close tables with less than "Min # Players" criteria" and "Close tables not meeting main criteria". Since the problem seems to happen when FTTO closes a table that HM was using, making FTTO close tables more often should reproduce the problem sooner.

Yes I had those boxes checked and I seemed to be getting a fair bit of table churn...but still no problem. I'll have to add some more logging info to the next test build.

Has this been fixed yet? It's starting to get really really annoying to the point I can't even use it anymore. Almost ready to just get the old realtime out. I looked in the releases section and have the latest files there. 1.06.02 HEM and 1.6.1w HUD.

Sorry you are having problems. I was caught up in a hurricane last week and before that I could not reproduce the problem. We should be releasing a new hud tonight. Email me if you want preview build. mlamb1@gmail.com

So I'm pretty sure this is Full Tilt Table Opener related after playing for two hours this afternoon with FTTO open but not running and having no HUD problems.

Yeah same here. I get the same error message but table manager seems to continue working fine regardless.

Do the stats update? After I get the message my table manager stays open but the stats don't change. And when I quit HEM I have to force quit HmHud...

Bumping this b/c it happened three times in my session this morning and I have to open the task manager and stop the HmHud process every time.

I've even been playing with FTTO "stopped" most of the time and just manually closing tables that break or have really low VPIPs and then using FTTO to open ones to replace.

It seems to always crash when FTTO is opening tables, but I can't say that with certainty. And it definitely doesn't crash every time FTTO opens tables.

Used the newest HUD build today and played 3k hands with FTTO constantly opening and closing tables with zero problems!

Thanks devs!

I just started using FTTO (v 1.08) and am also sometimes seeing the error from Table Manager that "A required resource was unavailable". My HEM version shows 1.06.03h although the install file is actually labeled as 1.06.03g.

After I get this error message from Table Manager I no longer see HUD stats on my windows and I need to force kill (via Task Manager) the last FTP table, which won't close, and oddly enough shows the HEM (spade) icon instead of the FTP icon.

I've also gotten windows error messages saying the HmHUD process is in a bad state.

The last poster mentioned this was fixed with the last HUD update. Can anyone else confirm that, and if so, where can I get that update? Is it a separate install from the main HEM install/update?

Thanks!

I'm using the beta hud posted here: http://208.109.95.123/forum/showthread.php?t=2046

My table manager is now version 1.6.3c and I no longer get the "required resource unavailable" error.

Ok, I've also installed HmUpdate1.06.03betawhud.exe which brings Table Manager to version 1.6.3c (was previously 1.6.1t), and so far after a couple of hours there are no errors. Excellent!

I'm having the same issues with HM and FTTO.The newer versions still can't be used correctly with Full Tilt Table Opener?

So the workaround is to install a previous HM version?

same here.
Everything worked fine but today i updated from 1.06.04 beta 4 to beta 13 and from now on i can't see stats anymore.
The table Manager starts normaly (1.6.4j) and the tables i'm playing on are shown correctly. But i can't see the HUD.
Sometimes i get the error message:a required resource was unavailable.
I play fixed Limit at Party Poker.

pls work on a fix, playing is not possible at the moment.

Is there a possibility to download one of the older betas?
These worked fine, but not the newest one.

Thanks for your support!
