Everleaf recently added capped tables to their mix of games. The hand history imports for hands when the betting is uncapped, but when the betting is capped in a hand the hand histories do not show up in my HEM database.

Reimport them into a new database in 1.11.07 build 4.
If you have the same issue, email us a handhistory to support@holdemmanager.com

Must I create a new database or is it ok just to update to 1.11.07 pre and import again?

I have having the same issue. Do you need more hand histories?

Looks like there are two problems with capped euro tables.

1) Any hand that hits the cap HEM can't import and shows as error on import page.

2) HEM seems to confuse the Euro tables for dollars. This isn't a conversion issue. The original hand history shows everything in Euros. If you right click on imported hand in HEM and select view selected hand history it has the same amounts but as dollars.

i.e.
IN ACTUAL HAND HISTORY "milanista01 calls [€ 0.12 EURO]"
IN HEM "milanista01 calls [$0.12 USD]"

Almost like when the game is a capped game HEM thinks it is dollars. Even stranger the session show shows up as a euro session just every hand in that session has all amounts in $.

think the problem was in the handhistory, they didn't get the actual capbet and therefor HEM didnt import it.
Seems to be fixed today and now it works fine for me

It works for me now also. Mods can close this thread if they like. Sadly no way to fix all those bad hands though.
