Help Importing on PKR

Hi I cant seem to import the hands from PKR, i have it set on handhistory/subfolders but for some reason when it imports the hands it imports a few but underneath it says mostly errors.

This month i have played over 10k hands but it's only imported 83

Can anyone help please, maybe give a step by step guide on what to do

Try importing the hands into a new database. If they still result in errors:

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and the regional setting to English (United States:
Windows--> Control Panel--> Language & Region
