Color Ranges

Hello.

I want to setup color rangers for my stats but I don't know how to do it.
For example if VPIP < 20 it's a red color. If VPIP <50 and > 20 its a orange color. If VPIP > 60 its a green color.

How to do it?

For whatrever reason the spyware let me near the shock wave video,
and not much luck with the other one either,
