Try button greyed out

Hello, I installed Holdem Manager the first time on Vista, and the "Try" button is greyed out. I can't find any help in the FAQ. What can I do now?

Either someone else on that PC used it or the date might have been changed, this would cause the trial to expire, either way the software we use dosent allow us to extend the trial but under the circumstances we can offer a 7 day money back offer from the date of purchase if you buy the software and arent satisfied.

Ok thx, as the programm does not run properly (it does not import files although I configured everything correctly), I'd like my money back. I simply sent the reg. code back to sales with the remark, that I want my money back. Is that sufficient?
