I have tried to install update (Pre Release Build 4). After I run it, it says "unpacked" not installed.
And when I started HM it says the same version as before update (1.11.06g) not 1.11.07 as I expected.

Is it OK?

Thats not ok, you need to run the full installer exe file by doubleclicking on it and install it the original installation folder. Unpacking it is not the correct installation

Now it's installed. The same thing - after few hands the numbers freeze and doesn't change anymore. It's very pity.
Also the window with the current hand history also freezes. I can see previous by choosing them, but it's not interesting.

What could I do to solve this problem?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?


For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily

Make sure your windows auto updates are fully updated.
