regulars disappear from regular-list with b27

today i tagged about 50 regulars, then scanned again and some of them were not marked as regulars any more.
i checked the regular-tag again and after the next scan, the checkmark was gone again.

most of the regulars don't lose their checkmark, but some do.

i am able to reproduce the problem and it's always with the same players.

all problem-regulars do have a "l" in their name.

the regulars dont get deleted from the regulars2.txt - the just can't be read from the file to the scanner.

[buddies seem to have the same problem. i do not have one single buddy with an "l" checked in the scanner - although i have marked several ones before]
