Need Help....cant run a manual vacuum of database.

Hello HEM,

Ive been using your product for about 6 months now and have aquired a pretty large database and tried to use the vacuum analyze database to compress/clean up files.
When I tried this there was an error and they told me to run the vacuum manually. Which I tried and another error came up saying "Unable to load graphics conversion filter continue with word document conversion".
I did this also then another error came up in my word pad saying " An unexpected error while reading c:\ local setting\ temporary internet files\content.IES\3un22ors\manualvacuum[1]doc".

The files keep building up and my computer keeps crashing and cant even run multipul tasks without major lag....


Please help me fix this, what can I do?

Same problem here, cant see the graphics so i dont know what to do.

Can you try updating to this version http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate.exe and see if the problem persists

I updated HM but got still the error.

I think looking at it again that its a problem loading the document. Do you have Microsoft word? If not try downloading the Open Office writer from http://www.openoffice.org/ and use that to open it.

Also try using a different browser to download the file like Internet explorer or firefox or opera

I dont have Microsoft word. I will install it. I will reply here if i still have problems than. Thanks
