View Full Version : PLEASE HELP! - Started Getting Error Popup for my HUD today!!

Hey guys, I've been using HEM flawlessly for the last 6 months. No problems whatsoever, everything working good and healthy. No speed problems, no lag.

This month I decide to take a week off poker, and when I come back my HUD no longer works. Whenever it loads and I post my blinds and the HUD gets ready to display some stats, I get this error message that pops up http://img27.imageshack.us/img27/46/hemhuderror.jpg.

When I click abort/retry it says HEM HUD has stopped working and it closes (the ignore button doesn't work). Then when I try to relaunch the HUD, this "assertion failed" error message pops back up again. I have been able to get the HUD to work for maybe 10-15 minutes if I reload HEM, but soon after my tables will stop updating/filtering stats by table type (for example, it will display 2 different stats on 2 different tables for the same player) and then that error will pop back up again.

The only things I've done on my computer for the last week is continued to import hands into HEM (from HH subscription services) and I updated PT3 to the latest beta release (which I just did today). I use PT3 at the same time I use HEM (I have the hud turned off for PT3 and only use the auto-import function for it). FWIW, I've used PT3 alongside HEM for the last 6 months with no problems. So if its PT3 thats causing the problems, it might be because of the latest beta update I just installed for it.

Edit: Thought it might help if I list the sites I play on: Ongame, FTP, iPoker, Party, Stars. HEM version is 1.06.03g
