Not all hands imported

I have been using Holdem Manager for a while now on Pokerstars and realised that not all hands are being imported. In a small or medium stakes SNG or MTT I will play several hundred hands but only about 30-60 will be imported. They are not the first 30 hands but seem to be a random selection from the first few levels. Only a small selection of my opponents hands are imported as well. The last hundred hands I am supposed to have played according to HM do not in any way represent reality. There seems to be no problem with the HUD - all hands are registered on this. I would just like to be able to see every hand I or an opponent played in a given tourney and not a small selection from the opening 20 minutes of it.

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected!)


Windows--> Control Panel--> Language & Region: set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and the region settings to English (United States)
