Not working (ongame)

Hi I am playing ongame (on betfair) and can not get HEM to work with it.

When I open up table manager it displays the tables with a tick in the box but 'Players: 0/10 (0 short)'

When I go into the 'app data>local>p5>hh' it is empty though..

Any help ASAP is much appreciated, thanks

Ongame is probably saving your hands in the C:\Users\%username%\P5JavaClientSettings\ folder
