Ongame 5max turbo sng missing last hand

Hi

this problem exists a few weeks now. I´m playing 5max turbo sng´s on ongame.
Sometimes the last hand I´ve played in a tourney is missing and tourney is shown as incomplete. The hand shows up in the ongame session browser. Tried to import the hand history manually. No success. Maybe there´s somethimg wrong in the hand history? I´ve attached an example.
Missing these hands makes the luck analyzer useless.

Can you attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder and i look into it further, also what exact version of HM are you using

I´m using 1.08 beta 22.

Ok your setup looks fine, can you email me the user statistics database which contains some of these missed hands please to morny@holdemmanager.net

Sorry , I´m not sure what you mean by user statistics database. Where can I find it ? Do I have to export all hands from options > database management > > database control panel ?

Go to Options > Configure Auto Import Folder and look at the path which is setup for ongame, go to that folder and youll see there is a user statistics folder there, thats the one you should send.
