Hi guys!

Lately (for like 2 weeks) I have some problems with HEM... I got windows vista and the latest update of HEM (from yesterday)...

1) in the "Tournaments"/"Results"/"Date View" tab I can't see the HH's of the SnG's I played... to be sure you understand what i mean, here's a screenshot!

How can I fix this? I loved that feature, because it makes it easier to review a SnG session and pick the games/hands you searching for...

2) From time to time HEM freezes with a typical (no-response) message at the top of the HEM-window. After like 5 seconds it runs normal again... That can get annoying after a time... ^^ Any advice on that?

3) oh and what i forgot, under "Tourney"/"Results"/"Stats" tab this error-message appears, when i click on "Filter" and "edit"... is that normal?

Which Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily

Make sure your windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) and the regional settings to English (United States) and reboot

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected!)
