Hi,

I've been playing on Boss for a few months and until recently never had any problems.

What started happening is this: on 6 max tables if there are less than 4 players playing a hud will not show up. The popup that shows all the tables I'm at will show the table with less than 4 players but it will always say that 0/6 or 0/5 players are seated. As soon as a 4th player sits down everything starts working again.

Heads up tables are working fine.

Oh and it looks like the hands where the HUD doesn't show up are not even importing properly as I just checked and my session result wasn't quite accurate.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest release - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release-4-a.html

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/48/My+HUD+Doesn't+Work

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

after a quick test, upgrading to the latest version seems to have fixed this issue.

Thanks
