problems with registration key

hy, i 've just put VISTA on my computer and tryed to install HM again , but it seems that it does not recognize my old registration key.what can i do?

the message says: ''the serial number is invalid or could not be used to unlock the software.Please try again or contact customer service for assistance.''

Can you email support@holdemmanager.net and give Roy the key and hell look into it, tell him the error your getting. Your code should begin with SMS or PRO as the 1st 3 letters btw
