View Full Version : Hold Em Manager Freezes Up

Also, I was on Windows Vista but my computer crashed and I reformatted and installed Windows XP Pro SP3. I reinstalled HEM and I tried to revalidate but I couldn't. I still have my 2nd computer use but I don't wanna waste it incase my computer crashes again.


The HUD stats continue to go on but when I go to HEM and Look at Cash Games/Tourney Etc, I keep getting the waiting sign and nothing loads than I get this error.

Post a screenshot of the whole of HM immediately before you press the button that causes the error

as soon as i go to Cash games, it looks like this. As you can see, the Hands $ bb/100 etc are a bit slightly cut off vertically and if I mouse over anywhere, I get the mouse waiting symbol(the sandglass).

Also, it will usually not save my Alias so I have to go to change and that is sometimes when the error occurs. I upgraded to the beta 1.08 and it fixed nothing. I downloaded the 1.07 update but unfortunately nothing either. It was working fine on my Windows Vista.


Basically what I am saying is, the HUD stats are working but if I wanna go analyze my game, I can't access the results.

Can you go to Options > Aliases then click on the alias captjackkingoff and i suspect in the bottom window you havent selected a username to attach to the alias or something like that, if not please attach a screenshot of that alias

I did that than added a player to the alias in which I forgot. I kept getting errors but I restarted my computer and everything is fixed... Sorry for wasting your time. I guess I forgot the cardinal rule, when in doubt, reboot.
