Hello,

I have a problem with the hud at PS, The statsboxes are always in the wrong place at the table. In otherwords, the players to my rights stats are in the topleft corner of the table etc. Any ideas?

Setup the seating preferences, read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/34/PreferredSeating

Afterwards move the HUD panels to the right positions, and click File--> Save Positions in TableManager

I have exactly the same problem, my HUD won't align properly. I tried the suggested fix and executed the steps properly. No luck...still not aligned.

Any other tips? I have the latest HM beta, have uninstalled client, re-installed client, re-installed all mods. Nothing seems to work.

Cliff

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily

Make sure all windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

Then re-read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/365/Setup+Preferred+Seating+For+Poker+Stars (make sure the seating preferences are also setup in the PokerStars client)

I'm using Norton and windows XP. How do I verify that I have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1?
I set seating preferences properly in both the client and HM.

XP is updated to Service Pack 3?
Run a manual Windows Update and install all new updates.

For Norton (which can often cause problems) read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/339/Software+Security+Problems+%28Firewall%29

Went back through the processes in the faq again and all is good now. Thanks for your patience.
