View Full Version : HUD problem after installing antivirus

I installed a new antivirus on my computer.

Right after that my HUD stopped working. It says it is importing but not showing that it is taking in HHs. I check the folder and it is correct.

Can you completely uninstall the antivirus, then reboot and see if its working then if the problem persists answer these questions http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

I uninstalled and it still doesnt work.

I have had HEM for 6 months or so with no problem at all. Soon as I intalled the antivirus then it quit working.

I guess when I said that the HUD isnt working I should have said that it isnt importing anything either. Actually when I click to stop auto import it gets stuck and says "stopping" for the last hour.

I have check the folders and they are correct.

Ah, your antivirus probably re-énabled UAC please disable it and reboot http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

When I go to contral panel

then add/remove user accounts under family settings

there is no tab that says change sec settings to click on as shown on the screen.

Control Panel > The on the right select "Classic View" then User Accounts and at the bottom you should see Turn user account control on or off and untick the box and restart
