You can export your Hands from the DB, which will recreate your HHs in text format: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

Or you can backup the DB: http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=12

In both case, your original DB is not affected.

Generally, it takes 1-2h to import 200K.

Ok thx
and btw 200k are my played hands
the database is about 20 milion hands ;)

watched at the links and they are only about exporting the whole database wich i dont want. i just want to export hands that i played and not the 200 million because some one else want to export them into this computer and make a database review. so he dont need all the 20 million hands only my 200k

HM dosent support selective export yet however you can try this:

Before we start you might want to break up exporting the hands into groups of 20k or 50k or whatever suits. The larger the sample though the more likely youll have issues so might be best to keep it to 20-30k samples. Depending on how many hands you play you can seperate them by filtering by month, week etc until youve approx the amount you want

Then in the Hands TAB in the bottom pane choose all instead of last 100, when its finished loading all the hands right click and choose export all hands to hard drive and that will export that sample, then rinse and repeat until all your 200k hands are exported.
