View Full Version : Bug on PKR room

Hello,
I play PKR room. There is a problem that when I turn on the PKR luncher and start play cash game everything is OK but when I leave the room, there are still staistics in the screen. When I change the cash game room players did not change, and no new statistics appears. When I turn off Holdem Managere sometimes problem dissapears and sometimes don't.

I have Windows 7 and I disabled UAC. What can be a problem?

Uncheck the table in the table manager and the HUD will go away.

I don't think HM can detect when you leave a table -- probably because of the way PKR does it's hand histories.

Secondly, keep in mind it takes a few hands before HM picks up on the fact that you are at a new table. If it doesn't detect the new table after a few hands try the table finder feature.

I tried all of this and it doesn't work. I have no idea what can be a reason. I have the latest version on HM.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe


Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Update your graphics drivers - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/362/HowToUpdateYourGraphicsCardDriver

Restart your PC.


Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
