first of all i contacted "support" twice in the past week via the 'contact us' section of this website and got nothing in the way of a reply.
now to the problem,
i've had HEM for about 6months, i paid up fully etc and have had no problems using it (aside from some bugs with the HUD). anyway i go to play a session about a week ago and a message pops up when i open HEM saying that "my 15 day free trial is over and i need to download and pay for it".
it also has a spot for my serial number, but the email with that from about 6 months ago has been deleted, so i have no clue what the # is.
please help. can i get my serial number again? can someone tell me how to get around this?
