I rebooted my pc and reinstalled windows 7. HEM was working perfectly before but when I installed it again there was some problem with installing postgresSQL database. I deleted the old HEM which was installed in the a folder called old.windows and still was on the pc and the old postgresSQL and reinstalled it.

It seemed to work now, but I can't download the hands from the Betway-file, where I play the most (microgaming). And there are some issues with pokerstars, but Partypoker works fine.

What are the PokerStars issues?

Microgaming saves the handhistories to a .dat file.
However, HoldemManager can't archive this .dat file.
(like it can with regular handhistory files moving them to the archive folder)

Microgaming, will randomly reset the .dat file so it will only include your most recent hands.

So to get your Microgaming hands back. Connect to your old database (if you still can??) and export the hands.

The issue with pokerstars is the same with Betway, no hands being downloaded. The tablemanager is showing the tables which are open but it is not receiving any hands. Also holdemmanager auto detected Betway. So the problem is there is no hud when I play and no hands are being received.

Read the setup @ http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/PokerStarsSetup

HoldemManager only detects an existing handhistory folder on your computer. But it's possible that's folder is no longer used.

Manually go into the folder to check if NEW handhistories are actually being saved in it.

Pokerstars works now, but Betway doesn't. When I try to download from file, and choose handhistory.dat, HEM doesn't recognise it.

Thanks for your help btw.

Try deleting the .dat file, so a new file will be created when you play again.

Also double check the auto import folder, settings.
It shouldn't also import from subfolders for Microgaming.

It didn't import from subfolders for microgaming. I tried to move the handhistory.dat-file to another directory so it created a new one and play again, but still it didn't work.

Are you running a import from file on the .dat file?

Import from file / import from folder shouldn't work.

Does the auto import work when you play live on Microgaming??

If that also doesn't work. Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.
