PokerStars: TS stops scanning after few tables

TableScanner NEVER scans through ALL the Fullring-Tables on PokerStars NL100 - it always stops before finished.
So i really cannot use it properly and currently stick to telescope.

even if i scan 5 times, it always stops at this table:

when i reverse the sort-order, it stops scanning at this table:

Please make sure "Settings->save logfile to disk" is enabled,
when this happens.

Email me (metasys@gmx.de) the FishFinder.txt, and the Starslog.txt from the
"...rvgsoftware\holdemmanager\fishfinder"-directory please.

btw: player clown_lr is sitting on all problem-tables

I suppose the "_" in his name makes it to throw some exception
making the scan to stop...

I'll take a closer look at that and fix it.

but there are other players with "_" in their names, where TS scans perfectly and does NOT stop.
You can try yourself at pokerstars NL100 9max tables.

Same thing is happening to me on Stars, never gets past 4 or 5 tables and it takes forever to get that far.

Just tried myself, and it works with the "_"-clown at the tables.
My database is empty.
I guess that makes the difference...
I will get myself a database and test again.

- "Textsize" in Stars is set to "Medium"?

- Cleartype fonts in windows are disabled?

- What operating system?

- Black or Classic lobby theme?

- You can disable "Settings -> save logfile to disk" to speed up the scanning.
But I'd like to have your starslog.txt from the
"...rvgsoftware\holdemmanager\fishfinder"-directory first, please. :)

Got the same problem .. He crashes scanning a certain table.

It seems that "d___Wesss" is on all the tables the table scanner crashes ..

Had set the tekst size in the (black) lobby to medium and it seemed to work before. Guess 'd___Wesss' wasn't playing then :P

Seems to work fine with me as well now. Got some problems when the table scanner crashed scanning tables with certain players ("D___wess"). I noticed it made correct table scans when this players was on a few tables.

i scanned over 50 times and it always scanned until finished. good work!

Not for me,

It worked fine at first but as soon as I added Profiles for scorings it stops scanning after 20 tables or so.

Furthermore after closing down HEM I lost my main profile which had over 12 rules in it.

in beta 27 the scanner still stops scanning before reaching the end of the lobby-list quite often.

are you working on that?

Will focus on that problem for beta 29/30.

Right now beta 28 will have server-side-scanning as default.
(see "Settings" to switch...)
So this will hopefully work better ;)

i already tried it and its unbelievably fast.
unfortunately there are over 200 tables of NL100 FR online right now on PokerStars and the server only transfers 69.

btw: how old is the table-data the server transfers?

It's between 1 and 10 minutes.

NL50++
and FL 0.5/1++
are covered (6-max / fullring / heads up)

Omaha + Omaha Hi Lo
0.25/0.50++
are covered (6max / fullring)
