i am unable to have table manager see people at the table.

table manager is able to see the sit n go on full tilt, but it is unable to see anyone at the table nor take any stats from the table or give any. can someone please help me i just bought this program and i feel like im getting jipped big time!!

also when i try to manually attach the table, gives me a message saying:I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait til the manager has imported some...
and it has been running for 20 minutes... please HELP!!!
