Update to http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html

Reimport your hands into a new database. Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected!)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

How are the results wrong exactly?
You're only playing on dollar tables?
Has HoldemManager imported all your hands...? with no errors?

the only result i can confirm is wrong is winnings because i know how much is in my poker account, and this doesnt match

im only playing $ tables

i started another new database and imported the hands and here is what it said

import errors: 1
incomplete hands:18

this is after doing everything you just said

Go to the HoldemManager/Importing/Logs/ folder
And check why the hands are being imported as incomplete (and which hand results in the import error)

Is it possible these 19 hands cause the wrong results?

If you don't see what's wrong with the handhistories, attach the incompletehands.txt file here.

It seems from the files, there were connection errors in ALL the hands resulting in incomplete hands.

<event sequence="3" type="DISCONNECTED" timestamp="1308702954561" player="1"/>
<event sequence="4" type="RECONNECTED" timestamp="1308702954561" player="1"/>

So crucial information: whether or not a player called or folded preflop is missing.
And instead it will only state something like:

<event sequence="3" type="DISCONNECTED" timestamp="1308702954561" player="1"/>
<event sequence="4" type="RECONNECTED" timestamp="1308702954561" player="1"/>

Did you experience major connection issues when playing on RPM?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

I've got a similar problem to the OP, but it's just with one specific hand I played today. The CO posted a dead SB, and that may have caused the error. Anyway, I stacked a different player in the hand, and HEM didn't read it. I checked the Holdem Manager/Importing/Logs folder and see a file named Merge2011-06-30Incomplete Hands. In that file, I found the hand. What's the best way to get this hand into my database?

You'll have to manually edit the hand. (change its formatting so it looks like a 'normal' hand)
But I'm not sure what's currently wrongly with the formatting.

If it's just a dead blind, HoldemManager should still import it.
Can you post the hand here?

The hand imports just fine for me in 1.11.07 internal 4 (which is a unreleased version at the moment, but will be available in a couple of days)

I think it should already also import for you if you update to http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/82571-1-11-07-pre-release.html
