Hi,

I installed a fresh copy of HEM on a PC that had it working perfectly before.

The reports tab for cash games will not show any players at all, nor will it show any data/stats on any of the other tabs under cash games.

Hands are importing fine according to the import progress information box.

What could be the problem?

Thx

set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy)

Hi,

I made the changes as per the post above but am having the same problem.

There are 6.5k players listed in the players tab (confirming hands are been imported) but nothing showing up in the Cash games tab.

So the link made between the 2 is broken? Any further suggestions are appreciated.

Thx

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install ALL updates.

Filter > Clear and then Filter > Use for all. Also try enabling the Options > Settings... > Miscellaneous > [x] Auto apply filter changes to all tabs

If the problems persist your database is likely corrupt.

Export your Hand Histories
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands

Export Your Notes
http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/notes-02.jpg

Export Your Bonuses and Rakeback – Options > Rakeback & Bonuses http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/rakeback-bonuses-01.jpg

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/images/tourney-data-view-01.jpg

Then can you create a new database http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database

Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database

If you play a site like stars/ftp you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney histories/results.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/119/Warning:+You+have+XXX+Hand+History+Files+in+your+A uto+Import+Folders

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

Hi,

Thx for the suggestions above, I followed the instructions but dont think there was much of a problem to begin with.

None of the players showed up under the cash game tab but instead I have found myself under the player tab selected the player and then it shows up under the cash game tab. Im not sure if this is standard practice but did not have to go through this before. Just a heads up for anyone experiencing the same problem as I was.

So I right click the name I want to show up in the cash games > reports tab, and click "select this player" and it sticks, so I repeat this process until I have all the desired aliases in the reports tab.

Regards,
